my new 3G bsnl sim activated on 30.08.10 but it do not accept data recharge or top up hence , I can not use 3G sim for internet pupose.I am continuously lodge complaint wef 1.09.10 at 1503 , 01412378313 and 9400024365 but no any responce from bsnl. My 3G mobile No. is 7597299926
