On 26-05-2013 we had purchased a 1.5 ton O General split air conditioners having model no. ASGA18AET from M/S Arvee Sales, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi – 110024 vide cash memo no. J1494 dated 26-05-2013. 2) The above O General split air conditioner was installed on 28-05-2013 at B- 141, (ground floor), Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi – 110019, by their authorized service franchisee viz. M/S Cool Wave Air Conditioning, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi – 110025. 3) M/S Cool Wave Air Conditioning, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi – 110025 were duly paid installation charges of Rs. 3,708 (for 3 split ACs) vide Bill no. 465 ; Book no. 10 dated 29-05-2013. 4) The technician of M/S Cool Wave Air Conditioning while installing the three O General split air conditioners at my residential premises did not check the welding joints in the connecting pipes for possible leakages with a gas leak detector. 5) In this connection a Legal Notice dated 03-06-2013 was sent to the company by Speed Post. However no action was taken by them in this regard. Subsequently, a complaint no. DEL11405230003 dated 23-05-2014 was registered on their website regarding no cooling being provided by the above O General split air conditioner ASGA18AET. As the AC was still under the one year warranty period, you were immediately requested to rectify all the defects. On 24-05-2014, Mr. Md. Sami and another person came to our residence from the authorized service franchisee viz.M/S Cool Wave Air Conditioning, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi – 110025. They informed that although the indoor unit was functioning properly however no electricity was reaching the outdoor unit. While the above persons were attempting to repair the split AC, a blast took place in the indoor unit and thereafter even the indoor unit has stopped functioning. The above two persons left informing that their seniors would be arriving shortly to repair the AC. However no one turned up.
Even after lodging of my complaint the company has failed to repair / replace my O General split air conditioner ASGA18AET which is still under warranty. The company is called upon to immediately repair / replace my O General split air conditioner ASGA18AET which is still under warranty or refund me the purchase value along with compensation.
