OLA CABS – Referral bonus blocked account

Sir/Mam My name is AJEET KUMAR and I am working with BANK OF BARODA. I was on training for 9 months in Bangalore where I got knowledge about OLA CABS. So, I created an account with my email ID ajeetkumar0613@gmail.com and mobile number 9013844279. At that time OLA Cabs launch a promotion drive that if a person having OLA account refer Ola service to other person, than he/she will get Rs200 (which now increased to Rs 300) as referral bonus. As I was in a training institute where there are many students, so I referred OLA CAB with my referral ID-D9WB3M to many of my friends. As per promise for every ride by my friends OLA CAB credited the referral bonus to my account. Today morning I took a ride with CRN no-9036748 , after ride I saw my account the total balance in my account was Approx. Rs5500. But after few hour when I tried to login my account to book another ride than I am unable to login my account and a message came “Oops, Sorry. Something went wrong.” So, regarding this around 2PM I contacted customer care of OLA CAB, they told me that there is some technical fault in there server so login after 2 hours. Again I login at 6PM same message came. So, again I contacted customer care, this time they told me that my account is blocked because the account opened from my referral code is not genuine. OLA CAB is just making me fool by telling this because all account opened on OLA CAB is opened after a strict verification process in which a code is sent on registered mobile (same mobile number cannot be used for more than one account) which has to be enter for verification of ingenuity of the person as well as account. Since in my account there was huge balance so they blocked my account so that I cannot take any further ride using that money. Sir/Mam, this is not a fair way to practice any business, because first company introduce promotion drive to promote their service and when any customer got money through there promotional scheme than they simply block there account and say that referral is not genuine. I request you to kindly look into the matter at your level and take action against OLA CABS and help me in getting my ola account active with all available balance. I am also attaching a snapshot which was taken by me on 27.08.2014 of my OLA ACCOUNT for your reference which shows how money was credited in my account. Waiting for your quick action against the company.
