Ola Taxi – Unreliable careless & Defactive service

19 May 2015 I am 72+ years of age and along with my wife we were to catch a train at Jaipur Station at 0600 hrs. on 7th April 2015. For comfortable hassle free travel with my wife, I booked A Ola Taxi Sedan on April 6 at 1610 hrs. to pick us up at 0500 hrs. from Malviya Nagar Jaipur to drop at Jaipur Rly. Station to catch the train. It was confirmed at 1618 hrs with CRN 73301609 to pick up at 0500 hrs from Malviya Nagar Jaipur. As promised details of Taxi and driver were not smsed up to 0430 hrs. On 7th morning, at 0430 hrs, I telephoned to Ola at 01413355335; it was told that immediately details will be SMSed. Thereafter, a SMS was received at 0434 hrs “Say Ola to your driver Indrajeet (8561952628) for CRN 73301609. White Dzire RJ 14 TB to pick you up @ 5.00 AM, 7 Apr. Call 01413355335 for support. Please share http://www.olacabs.com/track/7255svj9rc with friends/family and let them track you.” In spite of repeatedly callings, the driver was not responding, so again telephoned at 0445 to 014133xxx and it was informed that the Taxi is on the way and it will report shortly and on further inquiring about its location it was informed that Taxi is near Jawahar Circle on JNL Marg (< 2 km from Pickup Point). At 0452 a SMS message was received that we expect a delay of 10 minutes due to unavoidable circumstances. Up to 0514 no Taxi and response to calls were false promises. Again telephoned at 0515 hrs. t0 0141335xxx no proper response but over heard a talk of two fellows on other side that there is a strike of Ola Taxies at Jaipur. I was shocked of such attitude of Ola and I found myself lost and utter confused & immediately fanatically, like a mad, started looking for Auto or alternative vehicle. As no auto could be located, telephoned to a friend for rescue, who kindly at such odd time had responded and could come to my rescue at 0530 and dropped us at Station and after lot of efforts and physically running about and crossing the Foot Over bridge with lot of efforts/hardship and anxiety, we could catch the running Train with the help of a Coolie on Rly. Platform 5 at Jaipur Station. Is it a right attitude of M/S Ola to leave customers in such odd conditions, whereas they must have been knowing well about the Strike of Ola Taxis much earlier and they should have informed me in advance or at least when I inquired about the taxi, much in advance in the morning at 0430 hrs., that there is a strike of Ola Taxies at Jaipur. I did not expect such behaviors from reputed organization to their customer and asking customers to recommend to other friends Ola Taxi. I am disgusted and what should I convey to my knowns “Most Unreliable, Keep the customer in Dark till last moment with false promises/information and leave the passenger in lurch” Even after all this at 0641 a shameless SMS was received from Ola " Ola! We regret to inform the cancellation of your booking CRN 73301609 as we are unable to find a cab near your pick up location. We'd have loved to

I am retired Senior Environmental Nuclear Scientist. I should adequately compensated for irresponsible behavior/attitude of M/S Ola Cabs to their customer and faulty services and mental torturing. In future Ola should inform their customer in advance the factual status
