I have Book a ticket from chennai to Bangalore in Olivea travels with PNR No. 00PF9A for travel on 02 Apr 13. The service was cancelled on 01 Apr 13 and i got a message that the amount will be refunded to my account. Till date the amount has not been refunded. The contact person Mr. Amit (9008232900) used to give filthy reasons whenever i called him. Now he is not picking my call also. It is the worst ever service i have experienced even before i have used it.

My trip to Chennai has to be re-scheduled to this unexpected cancellation. I have to go by air which has resulted in my spending more money as there were no reservations in the trains. Since the cancellation date i have been calling them daily and this has disturbed my mental condition. It is a sort of harassment i am facing daily

My money refunded back with penal interest as the amount has been charged for my credit card and i have incurred non payment charges on my card due to refund not made in time.
