Olvin Designer Frames – Poor Quality Shipped by Jabong

I had purchased white olvin frame from your company see the below mail for more details. Its been a month had attached power lens and using with frame, last week I SAW A CRACK which slightly started initially then it got broken. Because of it m not able to use my power glasses. See the image attached For reference.

We would like to inform you that we only accept the return of the product within a period of 30 days and the product should be unwashed, unused along with all the tags intact. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept the return of this product as it has already crossed our 30 days return policy.

We would have certainly assisted you had this product been under 30 days however, in such an instance it is not possible to accept a return of the product. We request your patience and understanding in this regard.
