I had place an order for customised Salwar Kameez for my daughter through online India Emporium. The order was placed after chatting to their representative, who promised to deliver the suit before 21st June, which is my daughter’s birthdate. The order was placed on 5th of June 2014. The order number is 10001584. The amount paid is Rs.4040/- . They send a mail saying that due to some manufacturing problem there will be a delay. While enquiring, about my order. Mr. Edward said that it cannot be delivered and I have to choose from their brands product. I am not interested. I asked for refund. No response.

Either they deliver my order at its earliest or refund the entire amount.
