Dear sir, I am the umpteenth customer of ONIDA who purchased An led tv model no: LEO 32 DHR in METRO HYDERABAD. I think it is an old damaged stock it look good out side but inside got some problem. in 8 september 2013 i bought that tv since the second week the picture is not coming I registered complaint on 21-9-13 and complaint no is 13030706381816, next complaint dated 28-9-13 complaint no 13090706381204, next complaint dated 6-3-14 comp no 14030706380249, next complaint dated 15-3-14 comp no 14030706380645 next complaint dated 21-3-14 comp no 14030706380838 next complaint dated 28-3-14 comp no 14030706381106, , every time the service guy comes and open tv he romoves some pins and cleaned and does some refixing . it works for some days and now two years later in November 2015, the screen faded to black. The sound still works and the images can be seen on the screen. ONIDA LEO 32 DHR led tv Onida service center is unable to give service in warranty period they will wait for the expiry date of the tv and then proceed after the warrenty date has finished. As of 29september 2013, the picture is not showing. I’ve called onoda service they repaired the tv. A year later television is no good, Now again the Issue got started picture is not comming display became white some times blue. we are able to hear only the sound not able to see the picture, it’s unfair and I don’t understand how these television are only good for a year. And ONIDA service is very bad. Please take back ur TV and return back my money. Thank’s and regards Sreekant
