Respected sir/madam, I want to inform u that I have purchased Onida window Ac on may,2013. But I find some problem with it on 24th Aug,2014. And I have given complaint regarding this on 25th,Aug,2014 by calling Onida customer care number. complaint no is 1408b876380361. After four days I.e. on 29th Aug, 2014 one person named Parminder visited here and he replied there is some problem with compressor and it is under warranty for five years and it will be changed with in 4 to 6 days and he has taken the service charge of rs. 500/- receipt of which is attached. But till today I have found no solution. I have called so many times customer care but they are saying that your complaint is cancelled. Now on 19th sept,14, an service man came with 1.5 ton compressor by mistake and he said we need of 1.0 ton compressor. Now I will come with in 5 to 7 days with 1.0 ton compressor. Please see regarding this so that other customers of Onida do not suffer like this. Thanks.
I want an new Ac in place of this old one.
