Online gift shopping – fraud service refund my money

I have ordered combo pack of one floral gift along with choclates pack for my friend for her birthday on 16 oct around 10 pm for midnight delievery of the same on 16 oct ie 17 oct 00 Am. Before placing the order i have called customer care and confirmed about the midnight delivery on the same day because it was only around two hours were remaining for midnight. Customer care told me that it is possible you please immediately place the order then again call me back & i will process the order. So i placed the order immediately & gave a confirmation call to customer care after placing the order & for midnight delivery they charged 250 rs extra.Then i waited for one hr then i called customer care again & confirmed about the order ,customer care told me that it is under process & it will be delievered. So at midnight 12 i called my friend with the excitement that she might have got surprise gift till now but she didnt received. Then in night again i called customer care but noone responded. Then i called customer care next day 17 oct then they told me that gift will be delieverd today. then i waited for two or three hours then i again called my friend & confirmed about delievery of gift but till then she didnt received the gift then i called customer care again around 10 times but nobody was giving any response. then after so many calls they received my call & told me that gift will be delivered in afternoon. Then again i waited upto 4 pm but my friend didnt received the same. Then again called customer care around 20-30 times but nobody recieved my call then i tried the customer care cell no with different no other than my no then customer care recieved my call it means till now they were not recieving my calls intentionally. Then i spoke with customer care he was telling that it will be delievered upto 6 PM. Then i waited upto 7 pm. Then again i confirmed with my friend about delievery of gift but she didnt received again till then. Then i called customer care again but no body responded then i got frustrated & left all on god. Then i tried customer care no & they received my call around 9:30 pm & i asked about my order delivery so customer care didnt responded me & directly told that office is closed & call tomorrow around 11 then i told that my friend’s B’day is today so gift supposed to be deliver today only but she didnt heard me properly & disconnected the call. So like this whole day they played with mine& my friend’s feelings & emotions & finally all my feeling & excitement of giving the gift & surprise to my friend got melt with tears & i got understood that they are not going to deliever the b’day gift of my friend on this special day & delivery of gift after today is useless for me & my friend. This was the horrible online gift shopping experience i have ever had. So i want it should not happen with any other person because doing this they are playing with feelings of public.
