Bean Bag XXXXL (King Jumbo) COVER ONLY (INR 1,199/-) Bean Refill -3 Kgm Pkts (INR 1500/-) Order ID : 541 Order Date : 22 Sep 2013 Total amount paid by credit card : 2699/- Product yet not delivered to my given address. I called them many times and they are just saying we will send you shortly but its now almost 20 days.

Either i want the product within a weak or the refund of the paid amount.
