I bought a pocket invertor (ICE X PocketInverter XXXL (5200 mAh) Handy PowerBank) which turned out to be faulty and in damaged packing. On contacting ebay they have refused to refund and take back the item, rather have asked me to contact someone else as it has manufacture warrantly. They not refunding my money and taking back the faulty item.
It is sheer customer harassment, they not accepting return of the item and returning my money. My Rs/- 1150 is blocked with them and contacting them for resolution is like challenging a monster.
