I purchased a Xolo X900 handset from flipkart on 29th March, 2013 priced Rs. 13999, with IMEI no. 911202500074042. I barely used the handset for a month when I met with an accident in which the display glass of the handset broke. On 1st May, 2013 I called the Xolo Care over phone (1800-30-100-104) and was advised the customer care executives to send the mobile handset through Fedex Courier to their service centre in New Delhi for repair. The pick up was arranged by them the next day, when I sent the handset for repair. I was told that I would be returned my repaired handset within 5 working days.The complaint number of my case in Xolo Care is 31000045899. The handset was received by them on 14th May, 2013 as per their customer care executive, Mohit Kumar. They charged an amount of Rs. 5568.84 for the repair which I paid by net banking on 17th May, 2013 with IB Refernce No IR24926036. But till date, ie, 15th July, 2013 I have not received my repaired handset. Every time I call the Xolo Care, I am told that the handset is under repair and will be sent to me after the repair is complete. They also never mention any date within which such repair may be completed. I have called them over 15-20 times but have failed to get any positive result. I have their mails conveying the receipt of my handset at their service centre and the amount required for the services sent to me,as evidences in this case. Kindly look into the matter and please arrange for the return of my handset in repaired condition to me at the earliest.

I want my handset back with the repair done at the earliest and also want to know when I shall be able to receive my repaired handset. Otherwise i would like Xolo to return the total amount of Rs. (13999 + 5568.84)/- to me as the handset has not been used for a month from the date of purchase. hence I would like to be repaid the total purchasing price of the handset if the company fail to deliver my handset with the repair done.
