Online shopping – fulty product sold not refunding money

I bought a philips headset vide order number 22419856 on Oct 26, 2013 (for INR 1425.00). Headphone was not working properly – volume was very low and I returned it to hyderabad address provided by the company vide tracking # B04086179 (DTDC). It was recieved by company on 7th Nov. However, they have not refunded the money till date. Every time, I call them , they say 10 more days , and now they disconnect the phone too.

I had to pay the credit card bill on my own, and I am unable to buy an alternate headset, as my money is blocked with them for almost 6 weeks now. As, I need to do lot of phone calls for business, lack of headset has hampered my productivity.

Original amount refund + penalty of INR 1500/= to compensate for the inconvenience.
