I had purchased ??Euroclean Futuro Designer Vacuum Cleaner with Deep Cleaning on 26.03.2006. Hose pipe of the vacuum cleaner has been destroyed. So the instrument along with various accessories is lying idle unused. Vide complaint no. 74732251 dated 16.01.2014, I had requistioned for hose pipe of the above instrument and after repeated reminders their Delhi represent ave Shri Harish Kumar( mobile no. 9990434xxx) on one fine day sent a person with one hose pipe, but of some other model which did not fit in to its mouth hole. Hence they are requested to send me one hose pipe which can be fitted in to its mouth hole or hose pipe of another model along with one converter which can help me using my instrument. Complaint no. 75330803 was once again registered with the helpline of the company on 03.03.2014 and followed up a large no. of times till date including with Shri Amit Sharma, senior executive of the company at Delhi but with no results so far.

We want that company supply us the required hose pipe. We are ready to pay to it its sale price.
