I had placed order for Revlon photoready colour correcting primer shade 02(REV0168) on 28.5.2014( Order no 100027190). The entire cost of Rs 1,300/- was paid online when the order was placed. Received the wrong product on 30.5.2014. The product that was sent was “Revlon photoready perfecting primer shade 01” even though the invoice mentioned “Revlon photoready colour correcting primer shade 02”. Mail regarding the same was sent to the help desk the same day. The company responded first by asking the image of the product to be sent and then asking me to choose whether they should collect back the product and deliver the correct product or initiate refund after collecting the wrong product. Even though it was communicated on 3.6.2014 that refund should be initiated and the product already collected on 13.6.2014, till date neither has the company responded to subsequent emails nor initiated any refund.There has been a delay of nearly 1 month but the company has neither rectified nor provided any compensation for the loss of money and time in following up with this complaint.
Refund due to me i.e. 1,300/- which has not been granted till date + Rs 10,000/- in punitive damages + legal costs if any
