Online Shopping – Not received product

i order a watch with order no.DGA2995646 on 14 may..AND pay online 5000 rs for this..i thought it will take maximum 4-5 days to reach but it did not happen..after that i found a shipping can takes place maximum in 10 days…i waited for 10 days..but i did not receive my product.on 24 may i made a complaint for non receiving of d product..and my complaint no. is QRC656370 the employee assured me they will tell me within 2 days what the problem is..again i waited but no information is received to me..after 3 days i again call..then they say we are still inquiring the issue..u can wait for 2 days more…again i did not get any response..after 3 days on 30th may i again call and the person again say your complaint is under progress that day i really frustrated but wait for 2 more days and on 2nd of june i again call them but the result is same.they again say wait for another 3 days when i say i want to cancel my order and refund my money back they said your money cant be refunded.its been 20 days and there is no information about my product.i am frustrated and mentally harassed by them.sir kindly help me to resolve my problem

i want a sum of rs 200000(2lakhs) from askmebazaar as a compensation because they mentally harassed me and waste my crucial time..which going to harm my future..and to teach them a lesson so that they cant harass other consumers..
