I ordered an 9 piece Crystal Cookware on 15/04/14 for Rs 2195/-.The set got delivered within 3-4 days. But it was all broken.I requested for a return and was advised to courier it back to the company and they agreed to pay the shipping charges. I couriered it on 21/04/14 via Akash Ganga Courier and send the courier chgs slip to them of Rs 450/-. the courier got returned as their representative gave us wrong address. We were asked to re-courier it again, and we did it on 24/04/14 via Aramex Courier and paid charges of Rs 650/-. we were told that we will get an replacement but after a few days we got a call that we are out of stock for that particular dinner set and that was the last piece we had that we send you(it was broken still they send it to us).They told us we will refund the amount, I got the amount for the product. but i am following with them from more than one month via Email and phone but they neither provide me satisfactory answer as on when can i receive my courier charges or reply to my emails. following are the request nos of the emails i have send them from April 2014 -444331, 449399, 457618, 458788, 467456, 478865. I need to know why are they not refunding my courier charges which are in total Rs 1100/-

I have not received Rs1100 for the courier charges that i paid in which i was not at all responsible. The product i purchase was suppose to be the first gift for my in Laws.I was put into an embarrassing situation for asking 2 times my Father in law to pick that 4 kg box and go to courier it again and again.I am mentally harassed as i have to call them again and again and Email them but get no revert.

I want my charges back and along with that i want the charges that i paid for my telephone bill of calling them again and again.Along with that i also want that the company should not do this with any other client.
