I have ordered ‘Moser Professional Electric Shaving Trimmer -3 Years Warranty’ (Order ID:9659661). I have received the shipment, but the product received is not the one that i ordered. The product that i received is ‘Jinghao JH4601 Hair Clipper’. Have contact TRADUS service and they have asked me to send the product back for replacement, and i have send the incorrect product as per their instruction. But no replacement or refund is done yet and not replying to my emails. They do not provide a contact number to contact.
