I ordered briefs of M size which were supposed to be 37 inches waist. However, I was delivered 32 inches waist product. The company wants me to first send the product back before refund is issued. This is total high handedness. Subsequently, the company changed the size guide to reflect the correct size i.e. size medium was shown as 32 inches. This amounts to misleading and cheating the customers and making them indulge in a long drawn process of reverse pick up and subjecting the product to inspection all for a measly sum of Rs 270/-.

Harassment for a paltry amount. Fault is of Company, but customer is being harassed.

Company should change the product to correct size ordered and simultaneously they can collect their unused and undersized product.
