I have customer id number 5895760 in Oriflame company and had placed orders for the some products on dated 28/02/2014 Service officer Ms. Usha had confirmed my orders. I was assured that the ordered products will be delivered in 2-3 days. But it has been more than 15 days that I have not received any delivery or any notification from your department. To worst of it, when I am trying to find out the reason for delay, I am not getting any response from the company Ms. Usha even not receiving my phone calls. My money is stuck in your company and i am worried for my order status and other details. But your company representatives firstly make false commitments to convince a customer to buy certain products, only to achieve their sales targets. I request you to please help me regarding my complain as a am not getting proper response from Oriflame company
