Over billing

I want to register a complaint against airtel prepaid mobile service.I had opted for their gprs internet service pack of Rs.98 for 1 month.The internet pack was supposed to be reactivated again at the end of the month automatically.However instead of activating that pack,they activated the Rs.19 pack for 3 days saying that since there wasn’t sufficient balance they activated the Rs.19 pack.So i recharged my phone again with sufficient balance but even after 3 days again the same Rs.19 pack was reactivated.This continued and finally i called the customer care again on 30/12/11 to register a formal complaint regarding this issue.The customer care operator assured me that from future only the Rs.98 pack would be activated and in case of insufficient balance the service would be discontinued and reactivated again only when i have sufficient balance to deduct the sum of Rs.98/month.However i got a message saying that the service could not be activated because of insufficient balance and it would be activated when i have balance and later one more message saying that mobile office service has been activated at 10p/10kb.First of all i never asked for this service to be activated.I had asked for the Rs.98 pack to be activated only at all times.I assumed that they had sent some error message.I had recharged for Rs.333 on 30/12/11.That amount became nil immediately on 5th even though i had not used my phone that much.After that i recharged for Rs.100 on 5/1/12.The very next day my balance went nil.So i had to recharge again with Rs.333 on 6/1/12 to call the customer service.Then i again called the customer service person and asked her why my balance was nil.She said they have server problem so she cant access my database.So i told her that it is her responsibility to call me back with the reason why my balance was nil.She agreed and said she would call me back.She or any other customer service person never called me back.The next day my balance again went nil.Again i recharged with Rs.50 on 7/1/12 so that i could at least make a call to the customer service.There they told me that i was being charged Rs.10p/min since so many days.I told them that i never asked for such a service and they should have called me back on 6th itself when i had called them and asked why my balance was being deducted.The manager was not ready to listen to the reasoning that i was presenting him and said that he would credit only Rs.150 back and hung the phone in a very rude manner.I want a refund of the full amount which amounts to 333+100+333=Rs.766.The money which was deducted from my account was unjustified and unlawful and tantamounts to fraud.
