Dear Sir/Madam, I, Sachin Chaudhari, resident of Nasik, Maharashtra bought Oxyrich water bottle in Nashik. To my surprise I was shocked to see the development and growth of colony of algae (kind of green color fungus) at the bottom side of water bottle. The bottle is sealed and its expiry date is not over yet. It was sad on my part to not able to find customer care number or email ID of Oxyrich-Manikchand where I can inform the issue. I even tried to contact on telephone number 0240-2244xxx available on website but it replies back with “number does not exist.” I am sending you some images of the bottle in which it is clearly seen including date of manufacturing and batch no etc. even the bottle is sealed. Company should provide customer care number and email IDs for same. Company should have good quality control assurance and product feedback mechanism. Company employees should give good treatment to customers on contact.
