I have booked my car wagon r , to be delivered in secunderabad, from lucknow.The car was booked on the 21.10.14 in Lucknow and was promised to be delivered on 31.10.14.As of 3.11.14, car has not been received by me, in spite of following up regularly. The worst part is ignorance and apathetic attitude and not having any information on the part of the staff.Please intervene in the matter as i am suffering the inconvenience, though i have paid in advance.Details of the booking is as follows: G.C. Affording taxi is expensive affair, it affects my daily working schedule !and my children are no choice but to go by school transport which is again very expensive, it costs 4000 per month for both the kids!! As i can not make them sit at home and wait for car to come.
