(Ref # 31609 dtd 28th Nov’14) Unfortunately I went with this agency for relocation of my household items from Mumbai to Bangalore looking at the website. The professional behavior ended right after full payment was made by me upfront! The goods were to reach destination on 30th Nov (as committed) but after endless follow-ups it reached on 3rd Dec. To add to my misery the washing machine was totally damaged. I was given a quotation by the washing machine company (LG) for Rs 9600/- for which I have been following with Ranveer since 3 weeks and get some lousy revert and a promise to call back which never happens! Even today when I called he had the atrocity to ask me to call tomorrow as it holiday for him!

Firstly, for the lousy and unprofessional behavior of the company I want a written apology from them. Secondly, I want a compensation of 50,000/- for the losses I have borne apart from the mental trauma for almost a month.
