I have booked my household things (5Packages) from Rajnandgaon on 6/8/2014 to Bangalore through this package. The delivery committed by him was 12/8/2014. On 12th I called them for delivery they said the vehicle was breakdown in midway and delivery is delayed may delay by 1 week. Finally We got delivery on 17/8/2014 that too after too many calls. Delivery was part as they lost 1 Package and now till date I am following up with them but no response till date. They now changed the tone and speaking to us in very harsh language like we don’t have any option than wait. They used Gati Transport for sending the material. Doc No of GATI KWE: 411973615. I want my material to be delivered in perfect condition as early as possible. Delayed in delivery costed me Rs 10000 plus mental harassment. If received my pending material fresh than I want my transfer changes of Rs 9000 plus 5000 for harassment. If damaged than Rs 25000 plus 9000 (transfer charges)
