I am nirmala who had booked some household items on 12th dec 2014 from Bangalore to Hyderabad and they promised to deliver on 14th Dec 2014 by 6 pm. Later on 14th Dec evening they switched off the mobile and could not track them from 14th DEC and I had to go to Hyderabad on 14th night reached 15th morning tried to locate Hyderabad office which was nearly 35 km away it took 2 hrs to find the place and came to know that the parcel is at Bangalore but was given false committeemen from Mr. Gangadhar. Nearly 5 hrs of up and down to their office wasted 500 rs for travel and 2500 from Bangalore to Hyderabad ticket total loss of 3000 rs because of their wrong commitment. kindly take action against them.
