My washing machine and TV couriered from Mumbai on 21st Feb to Kota, Rajasthan has not yet been delivered. Upon several follow ups, the packers and movers comply says that it would be delivered within a week’s time. Its been precisely 20 days that consignment has not reached the destination. Today also, they are saying it will take another week’s time. On further probing the whereabouts of parcel, they are not clear about it. Please intervene to get it delivered immediately
