We had booked a cargo of weight 200kg from Varanasi on 8th December 2014 and to be delivered to Pune. The charges put to us were 8300/-. On 15th Dec we got a call that the luggage is in godown and we have to collect it ourselves. When we complained on number 978327116 he assured us that the luggage will be delivered to our home address. On 16th Dec when this didn’t happen we tried calling him and he didn’t pick our calls. we called him close to 100 times. we had paid for door to door delivery and this is a typical case of fraud.

We want them to refund our whole amount for the pain that we went through and we want their license to be cancelled so that they cannot fool others like they have done with us.
