The packers agreed to shift my goods from Pune to Kolkata at an overall cost of Rs 30,000. the goods were picked up on 12th Aug’ 13 and were finally delivered in December wherein the Packers have been demanding more money with no basis for delivery. Initially they claimed that the additional money was on account of Insurance – which they have not produced any copy of so far. till now, the have still held back my 4 wheeler and LCD TV (more than 5 months now) and are not releasing the same, wherein I have still told them that I will pay them some more money if needed. The car is not working now and inspite of my endless follow ups they have paid no heed to the same. Even the goods which were delivered last, I had to pay out of my pocket to get them unloaded and delivered to my house. I am reachable on 85888 18841 for any query you may have.
