I have opened a recurring deposit account (at Pailan Park Development Authority Limited) of Rs. 1000/= for 12 months on 07.09.2012. Policy No. PD01306253, Plan Code: TPD-A, Plan Type: PD-12. Maturity Date: 07.08.2013. Agent name- Pratima Ghosh.

Presently I am residing at Chidambaram, Tamilnadu as my husband has been transferred here. I went to Durgapur Branch on 08.10.2013 alongwith my agent Protima Ghosh to know the reason of non-payment of the maturity amount. No of investors like me with their agents were standing outside the office as it was closed. The agent called the Branch Manager Prosenjit Mondal but he denied to come and open the office as he has no answer why the company is not paying the maturity amount.

Please help me to get back atleast the invested value of Rs.12000/=.
