I have purchased a protection plan for my mobile from PALADIN SYSTEM Pvt. Ltd. on 23rd Nov, 2013. The screen of my phone got damaged on 4th Mar,2015 and my phone was picked up by employee of Paladin System Pvt. Ltd on 12th Mar,2015. On continuous follow up with the company personnel it was first informed that the phone will be repaired and delivered to me on 25th Mar,2015. When I again called on 24th Mar,2015 it was conveyed again that the phone will now get delivered on 30th Mar,2015. When I called again today morning, now they are saying that it will get delivered on 8th April,2015. When I asked for the reason behind so much delay, it was told to me that they cannot tell anything…they are just conveying the message as conveyed to them by their service centre. Further, when I asked for service centre’s no. they denied to give that also and when I requested to let me speak to any senior person, they denied for that also.
I’m unable to understand why they are taking so much time since, if we go to any Nokia service centre, it takes hardly 30 minutes to repair the screen. Would seek your help in this matter since its already going to be a month I don’t have my phone and I don’t even have any idea in what condition it is….its an expensive smartphone. My PALADIN job sheet no. is 7893 . The services received from company personnel till date is horrible and I would suggest everyone never ever to purchase any protection plan from PALADIN SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. since they keep on people waiting and I don’t even know whether my phone will get repaired or not and when I’m going to receive it. Would seek your help in this regard.
