Panasonic 32″ LCD not working after Repair by Service Center

I had bought a panasonic 32 inch LCD from RAJ ELECTRONICS, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar on 1st Jan 2013. On 7th May 2013, the TV suddenly stopped working and no audio-vedio was there. I lodged a complaint with the dealer on 8th May 2013 . The dealer had sent a service partner of its, named Riddhima Electronics, Bhubaneswar on 10th May 2013. They gave a standby tv and took my new tv with them and promised to return my tv in 6 working days. However, the TV was back only after 20 days. The person called Surya Sahoo from Ridhima Electronics reinstalled my tv and went back with the standby without giving a test of my tv. Ever since then, my TV shows red shadows, picture is blurred, contrast is worst.After repeated complaints too there is no repair. Eventually they must have replaced my new TV”s part with the older used ones in the 20 days that they kept the TV with them. Neither Panasonic helpline, nor Raj Electonics, nor Ridhima Electronics are repairing my TV now.Hence I want to file a consumer case on Ridhima ELectronics, Raj Electronics bhubanewar and Panasonic India

An economic loss of 26000. plus mental trauma because of the reppeated talks with the seller and service provider, on top of that the misbehavior shown by the service provider guy, Surjya sahoo from ridhima electronics

Replace my TV with a new one or pay me 26000 thats the cost of the TV. An apology from Raj lectronics, Ridhima Electronics, And Panasonic
