SIR/MADAM I am DR Gagandip singh sidhu.I have bought brand new split panasonic AC which worked well for 2 month then one day it stoped working i filed a complaint with panasonic customer care on 4th july 2013. I was told that AC compressor is defective and same has to be replaced. Till date my AC has not been repaired reason given to me is Compressor is not available with the company neither they are willing to change the product. its been 12 days since my AC is not working and PANASONIC people are not giving any satisfactory reply. Kindly help me out as AC is installed at my Clinic and my patient and business is affected.
Ac is installed at my Clinic which is not working for last 12 days. Due to hot and humid environment its difficult for me and my patients to sit in my clinic. resulting in loss in my clinical practice.
AC should be repaired or replaced at earliest and if possible i should be compensated for loss and harassment.
