I bought Panasonic Oven from Reliance Digital Madinaguda on 6th Dec 2012. I encountered issues in this oven on continuous basis, find the details for the same below: 1> The oven stopped working on 25th Jun and it took around 2 months to resolve the issue, i.e it got resolved on around 25th August. Panasonic changed the Magnetron to resolve the issue in 2 months. 2> After this I was out of station for 1.5 months, I used the oven once after the last repair and it again stopped working on 6th Oct and they again changed the Magnetron on 11th Oct to resolve the issue. 3> The oven again stopped working on 25th Oct(within 14 days of last repair) and the Panasonic has taken the oven from my home and its still with Panasonic. Its already been a more than a 45 days since the oven has stopped working and still I have not received the oven.

I want the following relief: 1> Full refund from Panasonic with an apology for them. 2> Some Penalty should be levied upon Panasonic to teach their supervisors and the Panasonic Brand itself a lesson. 3> Some Penalty should be levied upon Reliance Digital. Since I bought the oven from them, It was their responsibility to help me in this regard but they always maintained that they are helpless when it comes to Panasonic. If they do not have good relationship with Panasonic they should have told me the same before the Purchase, Instead there Salesman convinced me to buy the Panasonic oven by telling me that it is the best brand in terms of both Product and Service. Both the information were misleading in this case. I am attaching the mail conversation between Me and Panasonic, here if you go to page 28(highlighted in Yellow) they have clearly mentioned the following: “We regret to inform you that refund of this product is not possible, we are working on the repair of your MWO which is pending for Part (MAGNETRON) replacement. ” If you go through the mail chains you will see that they never replied anything concrete but they will just say that they are sorry for the inconvenience.
