My Panasonic Inverter AC has been regularly servied by Panasonic outsourced personnel from Bhubaneshwar since 2012 post date of purchase. The AC has been regularly found to have gas leak ad has consequtively hppend twice last year April 14 and now in April 15. I requested the service personnel to kindly connect me with the Panasonic India representative at Bhubaneshwar the gentleman named as Mr SHiva Das categorically denied speaking to me. They infact state that the service inspite off their repeated mistake will be chargeable again this year.

I had bourne a cost of 4780 INR last year for the above gas recharge etc and a similar amount hs to be paid again this year too according to Panasonic India. I wnat that Panasonic should find out the fault and recharge the gas which is C410 and is a costly gas for AC having paid lasst year for the same leakage problem. I should atleat be exempted from paying for at least the gas recharge cost this time around.
