I purchased Panasonic mobile on 30.8.2014 from Dealer Hello G Lower Ground Floor DC Complex Ishmeet Singh Chowk Ludhiana Punjab 141001 Ph. 9653340xxx to gift it to my daughter on her birthday on 19.9.2014. when she opened box and switched on phone the screen display showed large streaks blurred display. When contacted personally the dealer he refused to exchange and referred to service center. I emailed Panasonic company twice but they were so arrogant that they did not even respond. I want its replacement not repair.

i had to travel twice from Ludhiana to Chandigarh as my daughter is studying in Helix Institute. I has to travel to dealer and service center. Got lot of mental harassment to my daughter and me
