Being a member of panchwati holiday resorts ltd(membership no. TNP0266), i have booked one studio type accommodation at puri on 24.11.14 after made a payment of Rs. 2400/- ( from 9th January’15 to 12th January’15). i got a receipt bearing No. 1742. but, unfortunately, the resort group could not confirmed the rooms and informed me over phone at the last week of December. being apprehensive, I also informed the resorts over phone for cancellation my booking and i made accommodation some other hotel.

now, I want to return back my money to the tune of Rs.2400/-and the extra amount of Rs.1978/-,which was paid for making another arrangement in a short time.
