Complaint no. PI-CS-1407-028790 of Panosonic Airconditioner, dealer is Croma. A/C unit was picked up on 12/7/14 and has not yet been delivered. Only promises of ‘tomorrow’ are constantly made. A/C has conked off within 9 months of purchase. Both indoor and outdoor units are not working. They say they do not have the spare parts and I have tp wait PATIENTLY!

If both indoor/outdoor units are damaged within the warranty and the parts to be replaced is indefinite, then they should refund the amount paid.
