Pantaloons, Phoenix Mills, Lower Parel. Purchased a Carolina Herrera Perfume from Pantaloons on the 19.01.15. The tester and the perfume given smelled different. Found out they had given me a fake perfume !! Returned the product on 20.01.15, I wanted a cash refund but they gave me a credit note. I am appalled at the service provided by the customer service desk. I felt like it was was fault to have bought a fake perfume from such a renowned retail store. I am surprised how big giants like Aditya Birla Group has such lax quality control. I have been a very loyal customer using their Loyalty Card everywhere across India but this is intolerable.
