We have been using Parryware closet for sometime and recently we have found that it has developed a crack in the body on its own. We registered a complaint with the company and the maintenance staff visited our home for inspection and confirmed that the crack is a valid case of defect in the item.They assured that the item will be replaced or repaired at the earliest. However,now they are no longer accepting our calls or giving any response and last time when we spoke they insisted on presenting the original bills of the product though initially they did not mention about it. It looks like they are finding reasons for not giving us the replacement. As we do not have the bills now,is it possible to get the item replaced as they have already verified that it is a genuine case of product defect. The complaint id registered at the service center of parryware(ROCA) is CKT45049.
Kindly provide repair or replacement of the defective product
