Dear Sir, My self Samir,applied for passport on 31/07/2012 with file number: DL01W0011240912,till the date i.e 04/08/2013 i had not received my passport. Received a mail on my email id regarding objections on 15/04/2013 with letter reference No:OBJ/300655648/13, the same of which are complied with and necessary documents with attestation of govt officer has already being sent for compliance to passport officce rk puram on 05/06/2013 through speed post(Number: ED969099962IN). lodged a complaint on email ids – grv.jscpv@mea.gov.in,dirpsp@mea.gov.in,rpo.delhi@mea.gov.in in the month of july 12,2013 but all are on deaf ears,no response is being there Now my question is ? if there are any deficiencies in my passport office application ,the same must be pointed on the date of application ,why my application has been accepted. ?secondly if application has been accepted and the deficiencies are being found out the mail of same being sent so late in the month of april,2013.? ?is it take one year to issue a pssport of an ordinary citizen ,who are required to visit passport office again and again for getting passport issued, ? already made SRN 1230093189 last year on12/10/2012 and SRN No-1330151015 on 12/07/2013,for which no response is there. ?No one ever pick phones in the passport office rk puram, so is there any who are going to deal with the public enquiries and grievances in the passport office RK Puram.
