i appllied for the passport in april and have not received yet. i have been to the passport office and the staff failed to give exact answer. one babu send me to the third floor, i was sent back to the second floor and they again send me back to that person and nobody could tell me what documents they need to issue me a passport. so i sought to see regional passport officer since the staff failed to answer me. but i was stopped by the security guard. passport officer being senior guy i was stopped to see them by the staff as they were instructed. i send them four emails asking to send me passport or provide me list of documents they want. they ignored my four emails and one registered post. if they say that they have tried to comminicate with me, i have not received any communication from them. they choose to neglact me since i have heard from them. i should have received my passport as i am eligible for that it is my right to have passport. i have no criminal convictions or anything in the past. it is their duty to verify and do needful to issue me a passport. i even sent email to mr. salman khursind as they are incharge of this ministry. even they chose to ignore. i sent email to Mr. manmohan expecting teir intervention to get my passport at atleast tell me if they need document to issue my passport, but they guys are useless. everyone ignored me. my intention is to lodge complain as they have not answered my emails, letters or issue me a passport as advertised online. please visit the link as announced on their site: http://passport.gov.in/cpv/Mislanious.html file number AHD070943650413 DOB 13 May, 1984 RPO:POAhmedabad passport status registed post tracking number sent to the office eg182044723in I have not received any reply or passport. i heve pasted copy of email sent to regional passport officer in the other section. no passport or any reply. poor customer service, no courtesy to reply!

what i want: 1) issue my passport immediately as promised. No this no that no blah bhah bhah please. they have promised to issue in 1-7 for tatkal. i have not applied for tatkal but 6 months are reasonable time. 2) i am very stressed out due to that and smoke more than 20 cigrattes a day causing damange to my mind and body. i want them to give back my that time of life/written apology or financial compension for that please.
