I am Sumit Jain, an owner of HTC Touch Pro from Mumbai, India.
My mobile recently got water damaged and I gave it for repairing to HTC authorized Service Centre in Mumbai. To my shock, though they diagnosed the problem the same day, but had not been able to get the part replaced for last 24 days. No replies or Blank promises were the only things I got. Every time they kept giving assurances and next tentative date, but it just kept on repeating. Finally fed up of this mental harassment and pathetic responses, I decided to try some other repair centre & asked them to return my mobile. And came the final shock. It was now not even switching on and they told me that navigating panel is short circuited…….however when, I gave them the phone, everything was working except touch screen not responding to touch and now, screen is not even switching ON.
It’s really frustrating to purchase a high end Mobile and then not use it and let it lie idle in Service Centre for weeks and then get it back in even worse condition.

P.S. – I have also tried contacting HTC India Technical support with Activity ID – 09INCW37ENA000327, but again the response is unsatisfactory
