m sure even after placing complaint no one will get back for the feedback, its pathetic service, by your call center, n we never receive call back, really dnt know wat you team leaders do, they dnt care about the customer. i hv been, calling since past 1 month, about having the issue for my network, as well as gprs service. whenever i called to your call centre they say, the manager will get back to you in 4 working hours, but in past month the 4 working never completed, they really need to check there watches. i myself n all my friends are going to discontinue your services.
