Pathetic service from Tata Swatch. Req no – TSMH 3011201331794

I had ordered tata swatch bulb for cash on delivery through tata swatch call centre on 30th Nov, 2013. I was told that the tata swatch bulb will be delivered within 72 working hours.

Tata swatch employee Mazhar – 9028735399 contacted me yesterday but has still not delivered the product, there is no response from your end. Could you please help me out in this regard. I cannot purchase the bulb as it is out of stock online and is also not available with the registered dealer.
