1. Sir, I, No 15357430N Ex Havildar Shiw Kumar Sah, was discharged from Army service wef 01 Jun 2008. I am getting my service pension vide PPO No S/032741/2008 as per 5th CPC report. My old service pension has revised vide corrigendum PPO No S/CORR/204289/2009. My corrigendum PPO received by SBI, Bettiah (0035) during Nov 2009. Arrears of DCRG, Commutation and Pension upto Nov 2009 was calculated and credited in my SB Account No 11115967411 and corrigendum PPO No S/CORR/204289/2009 was forwarded to Central Pension Processing Cell (CPPC) Patna during Nov 2009 for onward credit my revised service pension. But I am getting my pension pre-revised rate till date.

2. Secondly, I am also eligible for disability pension vide disability pension PPO No DE/013335/2009. I contacted with SBI Bettiah Branch for crediting my arrears since Jun 2008 but they forwarded my disability pension PPO No DE/013335/2009 to CPPC, Patna during March 2010 without calculating/crediting the arrears since Jun 2008. Till date I have neither got my arrears of disability pension nor getting my disability pension even after discharge of two years.

3. In view of the above, I request your kind honour that concerned authority especially CPPC Patna may please be instructed to do their needful so that I could get my revised service pension as well as disability pension including arrears at the earliest. I will be ever grateful to you for this kindness.
