2 payments of Rs. 2000 each and 1 payment of Rs. 500, made to Ola Cabs Money have not reflected in my Ola account. My bank has confirmed that these payments have reached Ola. Ola is not responding my repeated messages to their support team, nor is the money showing up in my account. I am having to make calls upon calls and my bank is also wasting their time trying to track payments while Ola sits on the cash waiting for me to go through the entire hassle.

I want a refund for the entire Rs. 4500. I do not want the payment to go through to Ola. The reason why I made repeated Rs. 2000 payments was that I only wanted 2k in my taxi account. If these payments now come to my Ola account, I’ll be forced to use their mediocre, substandard services for until the Rs. 6000 runs out.
