Paytm – Account blocked fraud transaction

Dear Sir/Ma’am, My PayTM account was blocked yesterday with 1.6 k cash in it. I’ve contacted their care via mail care@paytm.com but find no assistance. As par them they say I’ve done some fraud transaction. But they are refusing to provide the proofs or whenever I asked them for what transactions and when I’ve done? They keep mum. I’ve tried everything to get my account and unblocked but they just don’t care.I’m very frustrated because I had my 1.6k hard earned money. I didn’t do any fraud either. It’s my fault that I’ve trusted this company. As a common man I’m unable to do anything. So I tapped your doors. I request you to kindly look OK into my concern and help me to gain access to my account. Regards!
