I paid online amount 455 INR for my monthly electricity bill against BASCOM through paytm website and transaction done successfully but when new electricity bill generated that time i come to know amount was not paid by PAYTM to BASCOM. I checked with BASCOM and they confirm that they didn’t received any amount from paytm. Now checking with PAYTM but still not refund my amount and not responding my email also.
